You are expecting a new baby, or you recently had your baby, and you're thinking "What do I do now?!" Well, now is the time to hire a postpartum doula!

Families with newborns need nurturing and gentle

support. Focusing on your needs and helping both parents develop confidence in your parenting instincts and skills is my priority. I share techniques for newborn care, feeding, soothing and bathing. I also help ease your older child’s transition to their new role in your family.

As a postpartum doula I am passionate about providing information to new parents and giving hands on support during your postpartum period. Having support so you can heal and bond with your baby will go a long way in how you look back on your post birth experiences.

There are many ways to care for a baby although it can be confusing when you have contrasting input from the internet, your family, and friends. I will provide you with space and support while you sort through all that information so you can make the best decisions for your family. While I am always willing to share my experience on any question you might have, my goal is to be helpful in a quiet, pleasant, and unobtrusive way. While being respectful of the traditions, culture and values of your family.

Please see the Services page to learn more about how I can assist your family. If you’d like to know how a postpartum doula can help you, you can go here.
